Dear Friend,
Before a missionary learns a new language, before a church is planted, before someone hears the name of Jesus for the first time—someone prayed.
Prayer is where the mission begins. It's through prayer that hearts are softened, doors are opened, and the gospel takes root in places where Christ has not yet been named.
That's why we want to invite you to join believers around the world for the Week of Prayer for International Missions, happening November 30–December 7, 2025.
We've prepared a free Week of Prayer Guide to help lead you through this meaningful week. Each day's story will take you to a different part of the world—where missionaries are sharing the gospel, meeting needs, and seeing lives transformed by the power of Christ.

When you pray, you're joining God in His work among the nations. Your prayers strengthen missionaries on the field, open hearts to the gospel, and help fulfill the vision of Revelation 7:9—that every nation, tribe, people, and language will worship before the throne.
Thank you for your heart for the nations and your faithfulness to pray. Together, through prayer, we are reaching the world with the good news of Jesus.
In Christ,
Paul Chitwood
IMB President
