How to crush your MURPH in 2026

Wolf Tactical™

6-Week MURPH Prep Framework

April Decides Your Memorial Day.

The athletes who PR MURPH in May didn't train harder. They locked in a progression structure six weeks out. A validated weekly framework that builds capacity without burning the engine before the starting gun.

Here's the exact approach

1-2

Scale The Partition First

Run MURPH movements in 20-round partitions at reduced load. Build motor pattern precision before you stack volume on top of it.

3-4

Load Follows Consistency

Increase vest weight only after two consecutive sessions with no form degradation. Load is a reward for quality, not a variable you chase.

5-6

Peak, Then Protect

Week five is your dress rehearsal at full load and full volume. Week six is a deliberate taper. Let the adaptation lock in before it gets tested on the day that counts.

The Framework Works. Your Vest Has To Keep Up.

Progression means nothing if your vest shifts mid-rep, bounces on the run, or digs into your shoulders by round twelve. The Wolf Tactical Plate Carrier locks weight tight to your frame. Padded shoulders, zero-slip straps, and plates that stay exactly where you put them. So your form stays clean from partition one through the final mile.
