Dear Friend,
Have you ever prayed for someone's salvation for months—or even years?
Seven years ago, IMB missionaries met a couple named Andrus* and Ana* in a remote region nestled deep in a Panamanian jungle near the Colombian border. This area is difficult to access—often reached only by boat—and has long been isolated from gospel witness.
But our team answered the call and went. And they stayed.
They listened and shared Bible stories. Built trust. And they prayed fervently that Andrus and Ana would one day know Jesus.
After about two years, Ana surrendered her life to Christ, but Andrus remained hesitant.
Still, the team walked patiently with him. Ana shared the hope she had found in Jesus. And just recently, Andrus made a life-changing decision:
He accepted Christ and was baptized!
Stories like this remind us: God is moving in the jungles of Panama. He's drawing people to Himself.
His faithfulness is transforming lives, even after years of waiting.
In Christ,
