I do hope some young and not so young jewelry makers will get the Rainbow Loom as a gift. It's been around for some time, one of the cleverest crafting tools for the younger set I have seen. It encourages users to be creative and experiment!  This tutorial by Nina Houston creates a noteworthy and stylish 3D effect bracelet. Since the bangle is made from rubber bands, it is waterproof jewelry. What is different about this tutorial is that she only uses part of the loom. The bracelet therefore forms at right angles to the loom itself. Nina is one of the youngest instructors I have ever featured.
