Dear Friend,
I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits as we approach the joyful season of Christmas. This time of year reminds us of the compassion, sacrifice, and life-changing message of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
It also reminds us of the sad reality for those without Jesus. Hundreds of thousands of people will die today, eternally separated from Him. And yet many people will know him for the first time because a missionary went to the ends of the earth to tell them. But that only happens with your support.
So I write to you with a request to consider making your first generous gift to the IMB on Giving Tuesday. When you give to support our 3,500 missionaries and their families, you are part of the most important work in the universe — sharing the gospel so that the Lord will be glorified among every nation, tribe, people, and language.
I invite you to pray about what you might give this Giving Tuesday. Every gift, regardless of size, helps our missionaries bring the good news of Jesus Christ to those who do not know Him. Every dollar you give will go toward this purpose.
Thank you for your ongoing faithfulness and may God continue to guide and bless you this Christmas season.
