Dear Friend,
I hope you enjoyed Jacob's story about how your support of the IMB helped him "hear" the gospel through sign language and a group leader who wouldn't give up.
Will you take two minutes this morning to be encouraged by another faithful believer who used language to tell people about Jesus?
God called Andre, clearly and consistently, to go and help reach French-speaking people in Europe and Canada with the gospel. But Andre was an engineer, not a church planter — he needed training and equipping.
Nevertheless, he took a step of faith.
Thanks to the support and partnership of believers around the world, Andre received the training he needed. Through these sessions, he learned how to lead a church, teach sound doctrine, and care for others through pastoral ministry.
Today, Andre and his wife have planted their lives in a French neighborhood, where we pray that there will soon be a thriving church!
God is using engineers, teachers, nurses, athletes, accountants–and many others with special skills–to share the gospel, make disciples, and form churches in communities across the globe.
Will you join us in praying for Andre and his wife as they serve to bring people to Christ? God is at work, and it's a blessing for me to share these stories with you!
