Really Easy Chain Necklace Tutorials Posted: 18 Jul 2012 04:00 AM PDT Chain is a perennial favorite for a good reason. It's one of the most versatile supplies we have. Rather than use it as a plain necklace though, consider alternative ways to use chains. Be creative. Check these tutorials out for inspiration! The bi-colored necklace tutorial shown above is by Anne who writes the Wobisobi blog. A very large antique necklace was the inspiration. Hers though is much more wearable and still packs plenty of elegance. Another easy but elegant braided chain and cord necklace tutorial is the one by Stephanie over at Henry Happened. She was inspired by a Target design. As you can see, doubling it up makes a cool bracelet too! Make them in different colors to match outfits! I also liked this bead and chain necklace tutorial by Rhonda over at Dollar Store Crafts. The metal chain forms waves and adds visual interest to a plain bead necklace. It was inspired by an Anthropologie design. Via Before You Go:
