Handmade Geekery Jewelry by Could Bee Yours Posted: 25 Sep 2012 04:00 AM PDT Sometimes artisans stumble into their niches purely by accident. It all started with a passion for photography. Gisele Tujillo of California needed unique subjects for her Flickr photostream. She made little holiday themed polymer clay pieces to photograph. It was her Halloween earrings last year which made her think about making accessories for herself. As she said, "Soon enough, I found myself in a geeky world!" And her Etsy shop Could Bee Yours was launched. Her work has certainly struck a chord in certain circles judging from her sales! Some of my favorite designs shown here need no introduction. See if you can guess them all! Answers are naturally in her store! Did I mention I was a geek too? Before You Go:

Winner of Ecuadorian Hands' Tagua Beads Giveaway Posted: 24 Sep 2012 03:30 PM PDT It's surprising that many of you have not heard about tagua beads before. But it is heartening to see several readers wanting to win last week's giveaway so they could get their hands on these beads! Well, one new enthusiast is about to get lucky! I numbered all the eligible entries and consulted the random number generator over at random.org. The winning number was the one assigned to Manola! Congratulations! ______________________________ Original Post by THE BEADING GEM Jewelry Making Tips - Jewelry Business Tips |
