The tutorial is in Russian and online translators are never good. Still the pictures are clear enough to show how the feather is constructed. It is a time consuming design but it should be fun to find just the right colored beads - iridescent greens, turquoise blues and purples.

It is designed as a brooch but it can certainly be used as a pendant or earrings give the wire loop at one end.
