Chains are always popular when making jewelry. Add lots as in tassels, and you've got a winning design. Here are some fun tutorials to inspire.
The simplest tassel earrings design is just some chains hanging from a bead or bead cluster. But you can up the ante with several in a row if you use chandelier findings as in the
