Wire work doesn't have to be hard. Here is another easy and forgiving design -
a leaf and vine wire work bangle tutorial by Rena Klingenberg. The informal swirls and wraps are what makes this a forgiving one. You don't have to be precise and you can come up with your own look.
If you don't have any bracelet mandrels, use something like a can from the pantry to help you form the bangle. Another useful source of mandrels is your local hardware store. Just check out the plumbing section or even the auto exhaust ones for metal pipes.
Remember to work harden the wire work by hammering (it doesn't have to be hard) the bangle with a nylon hammer or rubber mallet while it is still on the mandrel.
