How to Bead Crochet a Ring using Elastic Tutorial

Got lots of beads?  Why not make several beaded rings to match different outfits? Here is an easy (if you can handle the fiddly smallness) how to bead crochet a ring tutorial.  It uses elastic for no fuss sizing. The tutorial is by Starmeg over on Craftster . She called it the Amazing Crochet Bling Bling Tutorial!

It's important to choose the solid colored elastic because it forms the ring band. This elastic is found in fabric stores and generally come in white or black.

She does helpfully link up to instructions on how to do reverse single crochet.  She doesn't mention what size of seed beads to use - I would mix 8/0 and 6/0 beads. The pearlescent beads she used are pretty!

You can also use button focals as shown in this yarn crochet ring tutorial by Handmade by Hannah.
