Paper Gem Making Tutorial  More Recent Articles Paper Gem Making Tutorial Noe Arata of Dobleufa  is a crafter, baker and quilter.  She shared an easy paper gem tutorial for some nifty wall art.  But her idea could be used to make some cool paper jewelry.  Just make them small enough for pendants or large earrings.  You will have to seal the whole thing with several layers of varnish. Really easy peasy although do have a care when using a sharp blade at an angle!
