A Clever Idea - Wire a Button as a Clasp! Posted: 24 Mar 2012 04:00 AM PDT Bead work designs often use lovely buttons as clasps. But I recently came across a clever idea for wire workers. Lori over at the Pretty Things blog shared her method of making a wired button clasp. She made a hook clasp and embellished it with a small bead and wire work. She then created the wrapped loop for the shanked button. The bracelet end is also attached to the button. Hop over to her blog and see for yourself! Simple but brilliant!
