How to Make a Simple Rope Bracelet for the Guys Posted: 02 Jun 2012 04:32 AM PDT Father's Day is looming ahead. So if you are thinking about getting the man in your life some jewelry, consider the nifty rope bracelet tutorial by The MidWestyle. It's made from manly rope otherwise known as paracord. The simple style sure makes it easy if you are not into making knotted paracord jewelry. As the method requires fusing the ends together, a single strand bracelet is pretty much permanent. It also means having to create it in situ i.e while the guy is wearing it! If you want it to be a surprise, then make a loose double wrap bracelet which can be removed. If you cannot find a tube bead to hide the join, I suggest you make some wire coils. Too simple for you? Then you ought to try your hand with paracord jewelry (see tutorial links below). Shown here is an inspirational star knot bracelet using beads by George over at What Knot Shop's blog. I've featured George's work before in this past post, How to Make Turk's Head Knot or Sailor Jewelry. Before You Go :
