Two Lovely Tassel Beaded Earrings TutorialsTassels are popular and beaders are also getting into the act! Here are two tassel beaded earrings tutorials to try. Both tutorials are in Italian. So unless you can understand the language, watch closely! The first one by BijouxShayla is quite ornate. This tutorial uses a lot of different bead types listed in the About section. Some are familiar to us like the rivoli, faceted rondelles (cipolloti), superduos, 8/0, 11/0, 15/0 seed beads. However, what puzzled me were the Perline minos beads (2.5 x 3 mm) which look like cylindrical seed beads but with holes on the side. These appear to be available in Italy on Amazon Italy. Perhaps an Italian speaking beader can help us ? If you substitute the beads, you may well have to adjust the pattern. The tutorial by Cinzia Grandi Creazioni is essentially one which creates bead caps from Superduos, and 8/0 and 11/0 Toho beads. So you don't necessarily have to add the tassel part. You could use the bead caps for say, kumihimo bracelets. Before You Go:______________________________ Original Post by THE BEADING GEMJewelry Making Tips - Wire JewelryTips - Jewelry Business Tips
