I went into the kitchen last Tuesday to get a glass of cold water. The light was on inside the refrigerator, which was a good start, but the water was not cold. It was about the temperature of a swimming pool in July. I reached into the back, past the jar of pickles and the mustard, looking for the little plastic dial. I knew exactly where it should be. You turn it to the right for colder, to the left for warmer, and you hear a small click when it hits the setting.
