Wire Work Christmas Tree Jewelry Tutorials

I think Christmas trees are the loveliest decorative feature for this special time of year.  If you like them as much as I do, then you'll also like these tutorials on how to make wire work Christmas tree jewelry.  Use them as pendants, brooches or earrings.

The first one is the cheat chain mail Christmas tree pendant by Linda Jones over at the Wire Workers Guild.  There are many more designs showcased on her blog post. They are all based on her clever idea to combine double rows of wire loops with jump rings.  The funky technique is so much fun.  You can dress up the tree with stars and beads for baubles.

Pam Curran designed this neat bead and wire Christmas tree pin for Bead and Button. You have to register and join (free) to be able to download the PDF. The technique she used is the same one used for French beaded flowers.
