This Bead Embroidered Sea Horse Tutorial has a Nifty Tip!

Bead embroidered jewelry is so much fun to do because you can create truly one of a kind pieces while letting your creativity fly!  But if you are like me, I've only ever worked with small pieces of foundation. This bead embroidered sea horse tutorial by Maria Simin has the foundation cutout attached to some tulle which is then stretched on a round embroidery hoop.

This makes so much sense as the design will be perfectly flat when working on it. One is not trying to hold onto an awkward shape too.

Once done, the tulle is trimmed back and the backing of choice is attached.

The tutorial is in Russian. So either use Google Translate or follow my favorite method. For computer users, use the Chrome browser, right click and select translate to EnglishFor mobile device users, use the Chrome app (free) and agree to the translation when asked.
